We have a wide range of capabilities and are set up well for a wide range of Turning, Milling, Grinding and EDM machining. we do specalise in gear manufacture but also do take on various general maching jobs.
Turning- our turning section has the recent addition of numerous live-tooling machines this minimises milling where possible reducing production time and minimise cost to our customers. we also have a large vertical wheel machine with live tooling and aided withour shaft machines we are capable of a wide range of work with a high quality finish.
Milling- our milling section will soon include a 5 axis milling machine this will enable a greater range and higher quality which we will be able to provide our customers that with our current MIlling machines and the live tooling we are set up well for a huge variety of work large and small.
